We believe that privacy is about providing the confidentiality you expect when sharing your data with us, so the protection of your personal information is the foundation of what we do.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat the information you send us when using the application/website, and if you do not agree with any of the following points, you should immediately cease using Fun Routine:

  • The data provided by you when creating your account or using the application is stored and processed on secure servers. All data transmitted on Fun Routine is encrypted with the highest security. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, access, interference, or destruction.

  • Fun Routine only collects the following sensitive customer data: Name and email. The data collected from users will be used only within the application and will not be shared with third-party companies.

  • By registering, you authorize the collection and storage of your registration information and the identification code of your mobile device for the purpose of offering products and services of your interest or as required by public and/or regulatory bodies.

  • By registering your email address, you authorize us to send you regular emails from Fun Routine. Your email address will be used only for sending informative and/or promotional emails.

  • The sharing of messages or invitations from Fun Routine on other websites/platforms is subject to the content and privacy policies of the respective website/platform, which are not the responsibility of Fun Routine.

  • By sharing messages or invitations via email, you inform us to which addresses in your contact list you want to send the invitation. We will use this information solely for the purpose of sending your friends an email inviting them to know Fun Routine. We will also store this information to identify later if your friends joined the application through that invitation.

  • We have a zero tolerance policy for spam. We do not use third-party services to send emails on our behalf, so if you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Fun Routine, please contact us.

  • You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the end of the email. After requesting to unsubscribe, please allow up to 7 days for no new emails to be sent to you.

  • To request the deletion of your stored data, please send an email to contato@rotinadivertida.com.br. You can also request the deletion of data through the application, in the "Contact" option, or by deleting your account through the "Delete Account" option.

  • You can contact us through our contact channel to clarify any doubts or inquiries.

Your data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Phaneronsoft intends to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
If you wish to be informed about the Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

  • The right to access, update, or delete the information we have about you. Whenever possible, you can access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data directly in the account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions, please contact us to assist you.

  • The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. The right to restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

  • The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time when Phaneronsoft has relied on your consent to process your personal information.
